研究目的：

本研究旨在评估接受手法治疗的患者在康复期间吸入氧化亚氮的镇痛效果。我们假设吸入氧化亚氮可以减少患者对疼痛和焦虑的感知，且副作用很少。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the analgesic effect of inhaling nitrous oxide during rehabilitation on patients receiving manual treatment. We hypothesize that nitrous oxide inhalation can reduce the perception of pain and anxiety in patients with few side effects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者行一期单侧韧带重建术；
18-55岁；
知情并愿意参与研究；
无术后并发症；
最近最严重的疼痛（功能锻炼期间）报告为4或更高（视觉模拟评分（VAS）为0至10）

Inclusion criteria

Patients underwent primary unilateral ligament -reconstruction
18-55 years old
Informed and willing to participate in the study
Without any postoperative complication
Recent worst pain (during functional exercise) reported to be 4 or higher (on a Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) of 0 to 10)

排除标准：

吸入混合物的禁忌症（血流动力学不稳定、维生素B12缺乏、颅内高压、气胸、肠梗阻、癫痫、肺栓塞或面部骨折）

Exclusion criteria：

Contraindications to the inhalation of the mixture (hemodynamic instability, vitamin B12 deficiency, intracranial hypertension, pneumothorax, intestinal obstruction, epilepsy, pulmonary embolism or facial fractures)
