研究目的：

主要研究目的：探究“结构式心理压力调节团体治疗”在中学生及大学生特应性皮炎患者中的应用效果，包括临床症状、疾病复发或加重次数的改善等。 次要研究目的：评估应用“结构式心理压力调节团体治疗”减轻特应性皮炎患者严重程度与精神心理压力的安全性和耐受性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To explore the application effect of "structural psychological stress regulation group therapy" in middle school students and college students with atopic dermatitis, including the improvement of clinical symptoms, the number of disease recurrence or aggravation, etc. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerance of "structured stress regulation group therapy" to reduce the severity and mental stress of patients with atopic dermatitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）经皮肤科医师诊断符合“Hanifin和Rajka诊断标准”的特异性皮炎患者；
（2）中学及大学（含专科）在读学生；
（3）年龄在13至23岁；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with specific dermatitis diagnosed by dermatologists who meet the "hanifin and Rajka diagnostic criteria";
(2) Students in secondary schools and universities (including junior colleges);
(3) Aged 13 to 23;

排除标准：

（1）目前正在服用精神科药物；
（2）年龄：在13岁以下或23岁以上者；
（3）既往或目前有接受过压力应对管理或心理治疗或免疫抑制剂治疗；
（4）病情严重，不得不接受外用激素类药物及润肤剂以外治疗的患者；
（5）根据研究者的意见，在筛选或基线时具有会干扰安全性评价的任何有临床意义的异常实验室数据、生命体征、体格检查结果；
（6）患有严重的不稳定的躯体疾病者，已确诊的糖尿病、甲状腺疾病、高血压病、心脏病等；
（7）普通话掌握不足。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Currently taking psychiatric drugs;
(2) Age: under 13 years old or over 23 years old;
(3) Previous or current stress management or psychotherapy or immunosuppressive therapy;
(4) Patients who are seriously ill and have to receive treatment other than topical hormone drugs and emollients;
(5) According to the opinion of the researcher, there are any clinically significant abnormal laboratory data, vital signs and physical examination results that will interfere with the safety evaluation at the time of screening or baseline;
(6) Patients with serious unstable physical diseases, diagnosed diabetes, thyroid disease, hypertension, heart disease, etc;
(7) Poor command of Mandarin.
