研究目的：

主要目的：研究通过体位变化辅助胶囊内镜在胃部筛查方面的有效性， 评价其胃部基本解剖结构覆盖率。 次要目的：以胃镜检查为金标准，评价体位变化辅助胶囊内镜的胃壁覆盖率及病变诊断率。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To investigate the effectiveness of postural changes and capsule endoscopy in gastric lesions screening, and to evaluate the coverage rate of the gastric anatomical structure. Secondary objective: To evaluate the gastric wall coverage and lesions diagnosis rate of postural changes and capsule endoscopy using gastroscopy as the gold standard.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18-80 岁的中国人群；
2.受试者自愿签署知情同意书；
3.受试者健康查体或高度怀疑小肠病变等，符合胶囊内镜检查适应症；
4.受试者在常规行胶囊内镜观察小肠时同意通过体位变化辅助胶囊内镜检查观察胃部情况；
5.受试者配合完成电话随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Chinese people aged 18 to 80 years;
2. The subjects voluntarily signed the informed consent;
3. The subject has a healthy physical examination or is highly suspected of small bowel disease, etc., and meets the indications for capsule endoscopy;
4. The subjects agreed to observe the stomach condition through postural changes assisted capsule endoscopy when routine capsule endoscopy was performed to observe the small intestine;
5. The subjects cooperated to complete the telephone follow-up.

排除标准：

1.消化道手术病史；
2.确诊或高度怀疑消化道出血、狭窄、堵塞、穿孔、梗阻；
3.既往失败的胶囊内镜或胃镜检查；
4.严重心、肺、肾、脑功能不全及多器官功能衰竭者；
5.研究者评估不适合胶囊内镜或胃镜检查的其他高危因素。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of gastrointestinal surgery;
2. Diagnosed or highly suspected gastrointestinal bleeding, stricture, blockage, perforation, and obstruction;
3. Previous failed capsule endoscopy or gastroscopy;
4. Severe heart, lung, kidney, brain insufficiency and multiple organ failure;
5. The investigator evaluates other high-risk factors that are not suitable for capsule endoscopy or gastroscopy.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据根据受试者的原始观察记录、将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively. After that, researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
