研究目的: |
爱尔眼科集团每年完成数十万例的白内障手术,积累了大量临床资料数据。本研究拟收集已积累数据,利用基于机器深度学习的人工智能(AI-ML),构建患者临床数据、医生个性化诊疗数据相关的算法框架,应用于集团内不同层次医院的白内障诊疗过程中并发症,如人工晶状体计算误差、后发性白内障的防控。以期建立白内障诊疗相关临床数据的采集、挖掘、分析与运用的标准化体系,为集团在眼科领域拥有自己的大数据管理和应用标准奠定一定基础。子课题一:拟解决的问题:通过精准选择相应手术难度的患者,提高不同层次医生白内障手术成功率。预期目标:通过建立运算模型,找到与特定水平医生匹配的手术难度的白内障患者,使该医生的手术成功率提高10%。子课题二:拟解决的问题:通过分析不同生物测量方式获得的数据,提高不同层次医院人工晶状体计算的精准度。预期目标:建立运算模型,使不同生物测量仪器的人工晶状体预测值准确度(±0.5D以内)较目前提高5-10%。子课题三:拟解决的问题:分析患者全身情况、患眼条件、医生手术经验等多变量对不同材料及设计的人工晶状体术后发生后囊膜混浊的影响。预期目标:建立运算模型,选择最适合的人工晶状体,使术后2年内后囊膜混浊发生率降低 10%。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Aier Eye Group performs hundreds of thousands of cataract operations every year and has accumulated a large number of clinical data. This study intends to collect, the data accumulated, based on the depth of the machine learning of artificial intelligence (AI - ML), constructing clinical data, the doctor individualized diagnosis and treatment data related algorithm framework, and applied to the group in different level hospitals in the process of diagnosis and treatment of cataract complications, such as, backwardness of cataract intraocular lens calculation error of the prevention and control It is expected to establish a standardized system for the collection, mining, analysis and application of clinical data related to cataract diagnosis and treatment, so as to lay a certain foundation for the Group to have its own big data management and application standards in the field of ophthalmology. Subproject 1: Problem to be solved: improve the success rate of cataract surgery for doctors of different levels by accurately selecting patients with corresponding operation difficulty. Expected goal: to improve the success rate of cataract surgery by 10% by establishing an operational model to find cataract patients with the difficulty of surgery that matches a doctor of a certain level. Subproject 2: Problem to be solved: improve the accuracy of intraocular lens calculation in hospitals of different levels by analyzing the data obtained by different biometric methods. Expected goal: To establish an operation model to improve the accuracy of IOL prediction (within ± 0.5D) of different biometric instruments by 5-10% compared with the present. Subtopic 3: The problem to be solved: analyze the influence of multivariate factors such as the patient's general condition, the condition of the affected eye and the surgeon's experience on posterior capsular opacity after IOL with different materials and designs. Expected objective: to establish an operational model and select the most suitable intraocular lens to reduce the incidence of posterior capsular opacity by 10% within 2 years after operation. |

Patients who have completed cataract surgery in Aier Eye Group can be included in the collection of clinical data related to cataract surgery. |

Exclusion criteria: |
