研究目的：

探讨麻醉药物和麻醉方法对患者术后免疫及术后肠道功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of anesthesia drugs and anesthesia methods on postoperative immunity and postoperative intestinal function of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. ASA 分级I-II级；
2. 年龄18-80岁；
3. 体质指数（body mass index,BMI）20-30 kg/m^2；
4. 认知功能正常。

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA grade I-II;
2. 18-80 years old;
3. Body mass index (BMI) 20-30 kg/m^2;
4. With normal cognitive function.

排除标准：

1. 有胃肠道功能障碍；
2. 腹部手术史；
3. 严重肝肾功能障碍；
4. 二级或三级心脏传导阻滞、基线率低于50次/分缓慢心律失常；
5. 精神障碍；
6. 困难气道或延迟拔管史；
7. 阿片类药物滥用；
8. 对右美托咪定等麻醉药物过敏；
9. 术前消化道出血(出血> 100ml)；
10. 急诊手术；
11. 患者或者家属拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Gastrointestinal dysfunction;
2. History of abdominal surgery;
3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
4. Second- or third-degree heart block, baseline rate less than 50 beats/min bradyarrhythmia;
5. Mental disorders;
6. History of difficult airway or delayed extubation;
7. Opioid abuse;
8. Allergic to dexmedetomidine and other anesthetics;
9. Preoperative gastrointestinal bleeding (bleeding > 100ml);
10. Emergency surgery;
11. The patient or family member refuses.
