研究目的：

炎症性肠病是一种病因不明，可累计全消化道的慢性肠道炎性疾病，目前无法治愈，随着IBD基础研究进展，认为介导IBD发生的肠道菌群失调也能导致肺部疾病的发生，本研究拟收集回顾本院克罗恩病患者缓解期和活动期（术前）临床检验相关指标、肺部影像学表现及肺功能指标进行回顾性分析，以求通过肺外表现辅助判断炎症性肠病进展，找到能够进行提前干预的有效指标。  

Objectives of Study：

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a chronic inflammatory disease of the whole digestive tract with unknown etiology, which cannot be cured at present. With the progress of IBD basic research, it is believed that the imbalance of intestinal flora mediating IBD can also lead to lung disease.In this study,relevant indicators of clinical tests,lung imaging manifestations and lung function indicators of Crohn's disease patients in remission and active stage (preoperative) in our hospital were collected and retrospectively analyzed,in order to judge the progression of ibD through extrapulmonary manifestations and find effective indicators that can be used for early intervention.

纳入标准：

1.CD诊断明确，符合中华医学会消化病分会炎症性肠病学组制定的《炎症性肠病诊断与治疗的共识意见（2018年，北京）》的CD诊断标准；
2.完善内镜检查及相关实验室检查。

Inclusion criteria

1. The diagnosis of CD was clear and in line with the diagnostic criteria of CD in the Consensus Opinions on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Beijing, 2018) formulated by inflammatory Enterology Group of Digestive Diseases Society of Chinese Medical Association;
2. Improve endoscopy and related laboratory examination.

排除标准：

1.溃疡性结肠炎
2.诊断不明的炎性肠病患者
3.肠道手术史患者
4.合并肠结核、感染性肠炎、缺血性肠病、恶性肿瘤及其他免疫系统疾病
5.缺乏肠镜检查结果患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.ulcerative colitis
2.Inflammatory bowel disease with unknown diagnosis
3.Patients with history of intestinal surgery
4.Complicated with intestinal tuberculosis, infectious enteritis, ischemic bowel disease, malignant tumor and other immune system diseases
5. Patients lacking colonoscopy results
