研究目的：

我们拟通过回顾性分析在新鲜与冷冻周期中，女性BMI对胚胎移植后的妊娠结局的影响差异，以确定人类女性肥胖对胚胎玻璃化冷冻损伤的影响以及后续妊娠结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

We aimed to determine the impact of human female obesity on embryo vitrification injuries and subsequent reproductive outcomes by retrospectively analyzing the difference in the effect of female BMI on post-embryo transfer reproductive outcomes between fresh and frozen cycles.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄20-40岁；
(2)BMI信息完整；
(3)使用玻璃化冷冻方法冷冻解冻胚胎；
(4)行新鲜/解冻胚胎移植并具有随访结局。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Age 20-40 years old
(2)Complete BMI information
(3)Freezing and thawing embryos by using vitrification
(4)Fresh/thawed embryo transfer with follow-up outcomes

排除标准：

(1)行胚胎植入前诊断的患者；
(2)子宫腺肌症；
(3)复发性流产；
(4)夫妇双方或一方染色体异常；
(5)有B超下可见的、未处理的输卵管积水；
(6)诊断为宫腔形态异常者（由三维B超或宫腔镜证实），包括子宫畸形（纵隔子宫、单角子宫、双子宫）、黏膜下子宫肌瘤或宫腔粘连。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)patients undergoing preimplantation diagnosis
(2)Adenomyosis
(3)Recurrent spontaneous abortion
(4)Chromosomal abnormalities in both or one of the couples
(5)Has untreated hydrosalpinx visible on ultrasonography
(6)Diagnosed with abnormal uterine cavity morphology (confirmed by three-dimensional B-ultrasound or hysteroscopy), including uterine malformations (septal uterus, unicornuate uterus, double uterus), submucosal uterine fibroids or intrauterine adhesions.
