研究目的：

研究全麻诱导前自主呼吸状态下腔静脉塌陷指数(IVC-CI）反映容量状态和容量反应性的可靠性；探讨诱导前IVC-CI导向输液是否可以降低诱导后低血压发生率  

Objectives of Study：

To study the reliability of the vena cava collapse index (IVC-CI) in spontaneous breathing before general anesthesia induction to reflect volume status and volume responsiveness; to explore whether IVC-CI guided infusion before induction can reduce the incidence of hypotension after induction

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)拟在全麻下行择期手术的患者；(2)自主呼吸的清醒患者；(3)性别不限；(4)年龄>18岁；(5)BMI<30kg/m2；(6)ASA I-II级；(7)心功能I-II级；(8)患者及其家属签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who are planning to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia; (2) Conscious patients who breathe spontaneously; (3) Sex is not limited; (4) Age> 18 years; (5) BMI <30kg/m2; (6) ASA Grade I-II; (7) Cardiac function I-II grade; (8) Patients and their families signed informed consent

排除标准：

(1)外周血管疾病；(2)严重的心血管疾病；(3)腹内压增高；(4)自主神经系统紊乱；(5)困难气道；(6)不能耐受补液治疗者；(7)精神异常；(8)有中心静脉置管和动脉穿刺禁忌症者；(9)B超下腔静脉显示不清者；（10）超声测量IVCD，三个图像中的任意两个图像间IVCmax的差值超过0.2cm；(11)使用血管紧张素受体阻断剂或血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂；（12）呼吸窘迫；(13)诱导前平均动脉压（MAP）小于70mmHg。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Peripheral vascular disease; (2) Severe cardiovascular disease; (3) Increased intra-abdominal pressure; (4) Autonomic nervous system disorder; (5) Difficult airway; (6) Those who cannot tolerate fluid replacement therapy; ( 7) Mental disorders; (8) Contraindications for central venous catheterization and arterial puncture; (9) B-ultrasonic inferior vena cava unclear display; (10) Ultrasound measurement of IVCD, between any two of the three images The difference of IVCmax exceeds 0.2cm; (11) use angiotensin receptor blockers or angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors; (12) respiratory distress; (13) mean arterial pressure (MAP) before induction is less than 70mmHg.
