研究目的：

这项回顾性、非干预性、描述性、多中心研究将描述四川省AL型淀粉样变性患者在真实世界中的治疗情况，其将对中国AL型淀粉样变性患者的日常治疗实践和临床结局进行描述，以为后续进一步进行疗效间对比、提高诊治效果提供基础数据。  

Objectives of Study：

This retrospective, non-interventional, descriptive, multicenter study intends to describe the real-world treatment practices and clinical outcomes of patients with AL amyloidosis in Sichuan province, to provide basic data for further inter-therapeutic comparisons and improved outcomes in China.

纳入标准：

本研究纳入人群为2011年1月-2021年4月间曾于四川大学华西医院、自贡市第一人民医院、广元市中心医院、绵阳市中心医院、德阳市人民医院被诊断为AL型淀粉样变（诊断标准参照中国2016年系统性轻链型淀粉样变性诊断和治疗指南）、进行相应治疗和（或）定期随访的患者。

Inclusion criteria

The study enrolled patients from January 2011 to April 2021 at West China Hospital of Sichuan University, Zigong First People's Hospital, Guangyuan Central Hospital, Mianyang Central Hospital, and People's Hospital of Deyang City. Participants were patients who had been diagnosed with AL amyloidosis previously (diagnostic criteria refer to the China 2016 guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of systemic light chain amyloidosis).

排除标准：

患者符合上述纳入标准即纳入本项研究，除非治疗数据无法被获得。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients were included in this study if they met the inclusion criteria stated above, unless the treatment data were not available.
