研究目的：

本研究中我们将筛查造成桡动脉穿刺置管失败的患者危险因素，同时分析各危险因素的内在原因，并建立预测模型。本试验研究的主要目的是通过单因素和多因素回归分析出影响桡动脉穿刺置管失败的高危因素；其次，构建评估患者穿刺困难的预测模型；第三，利用研究得出的结果指导临床操作，识别可能的困难穿刺患者，及时使用超声规避穿刺失败和并发症。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we will screen the risk factors of radial artery catheterization failure, analyze the internal causes of each risk factor, and establish a prediction model.The main purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors for radial artery catheterization failure by univariate and multivariate regression analysis.Secondly, a prediction model was constructed to evaluate patients' puncture difficulty.Thirdly, the results obtained from the study should be used to guide clinical operation, identify possible difficult puncture patients, and timely use of ultrasound to avoid puncture failure and complications.

纳入标准：

1．具备桡动脉穿刺置管适应症的患者：需要行肿瘤、脊柱、心血管等重大手
术者：
2．年龄大于18岁，男女均可：
3．患者符合ASA I～Ⅲ级；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with radial artery puncture and catheterization indications: tumor, spine, cardiovascular and other major operations
Performer:
2.Over 18 years of age, both male and female:
3.The patients were ASA GRADE I to ⅲ.

排除标准：

1．有精神系统疾病或不能配合操作者；
2．Allen试验阳性；
3．穿刺部位或附近感染、外伤、手术史患者；
4．存在凝血功能异常，例如高凝状态或者抗凝治疗期间等；
5．穿刺侧存在严重血管疾病，或者手术部位位于穿刺部位；
6．对实验质疑，不同意参与的患者。
7.急诊手术的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Having mental illness or inability to cooperate with the operator;
2. Allen test was positive;
3.Patients with infection, trauma or surgical history at or near the puncture site;
4.Abnormal coagulation, such as hypercoagulability or during anticoagulant therapy;
5.There is serious vascular disease at the puncture side, or the surgical site is located at the puncture site;
6.Patients who questioned the experiment and did not agree to participate.
7. Emergency surgery patients
