研究目的：

本项目组通过设立一项横断面观察研究，应用双能量能谱CT测定糖尿病前期及2型糖尿病等不同人群的胰腺组织碘浓度值以评估其胰腺微循环状态，并评估碘浓度值与胰岛β细胞功能的相关性，为评估胰岛β细胞功能评估提供新的措施，并通过动态评估胰腺微循环障碍程度，帮助临床医生及时调整治疗方案，延缓病情恶化，预测糖尿病前期患者进展到糖尿病的风险，最终达到改善患者生活质量的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

This team by setting up a cross-sectional study, application of double energy spectrum CT measurement pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes of different crowd, such as the pancreas iodine level was used to assess the status of the pancreas microcirculation, and to assess the iodine density and the correlation of islet beta cell function, provide islet beta cell function is evaluated with the new measures, The dynamic evaluation of pancreatic microcirculation disorder can help clinicians timely adjust the treatment plan, delay the deterioration of the disease, predict the risk of progression to diabetes in prediabetes patients, and ultimately improve the quality of life of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18周岁，男女不限。2. 存在糖代谢异常，如空腹血糖受损、糖耐量异常及糖尿病（符合2019年WHO诊断标准）。3. 自愿加入本调查研究，并签署相关知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥18, male or female. 2. Abnormal glucose metabolism, such as impaired fasting glucose, abnormal glucose tolerance, and diabetes (in line with WHO diagnostic criteria in 2019). 3. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign relevant informed consent forms.

排除标准：

1. 合并急性感染、酮症酸中毒等严重并发症。2. 已知或可能对碘造影剂过敏。3. 已知存在如胰腺炎、胰腺囊肿及胰腺肿瘤等疾病。4. 无法完成一般信息采集或耐受OGTT试验。5. 妊娠期妇女。6. 合并精神疾病和认知功能障碍及生活无法自理。7. 1型糖尿病或其它特殊类型糖尿病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute infection, ketoacidosis and other serious complications. 2. Known or possible allergy to iodine contrast agents. 3. Known diseases such as pancreatitis, pancreatic cysts and pancreatic tumors. 4. General information collection or tolerance to OGTT test cannot be completed. 5. Pregnant women. 6. Complicated with mental illness and cognitive dysfunction and unable to take care of themselves. 7. Type 1 diabetes or other special type diabetes.
