研究目的：

基于多组学和生物信息学，探索幼年特发性关节炎(JIA)的诊断分型及潜在生物标志物，实现JIA早期诊断和精准分型以及个体化防治，改善疾病预后  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the diagnostic classification and potential biomarkers of juvenile idiopathic arthritis(JIA) based on multi-omics and bioinformatics, to achieve early diagnosis and accurate classification of JIA and individualized prevention and treatment, and improve disease prognosis

纳入标准：

①年龄18岁以下
②确诊幼年特发性关节炎
③规律随访
④理解并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

①Age less than 18 years old
②Confirmed diagnosis of juvenile idiopathic arthritis
③Regular follow-up
④Be able to understand and sign an informed consent form

排除标准：

①诊断不明确，合并出生免疫缺陷疾病，合并其他风湿免疫性疾病者
②不能够签署同意书，认知或智力障碍
③拒绝或失访

Exclusion criteria：

①Diagnosis is unclear, combined with birth immunodeficiency disease or other rheumatic immune diseases
②Inability to sign the consent form, cognitive or intellectual impairment
③Refused or lost visits
