研究目的：

主要目的： 1．希望能找到自分泌 HSP70 与 IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ进行联合分析用于早期鉴别 HLH 和严重脓毒血症的依据； 2．为今后进一步研究 HSP70 通过调节单核细胞分泌细胞因子影响HLH 发展的机制奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1.By analysising the relationship between autocrine HSP70 and IL-6, IL-10 and IFN-γ in patients, we hope to evidence for early identification of HLH and severe sepsis; 2.Lay a foundation for further study on the mechanism of HSP70 affecting the development of HLH by regulating cytokines secreted by monocytes.

纳入标准：

在本院明确诊断并进行持续治疗的 HLH 患者。

Inclusion criteria

HLH patients with definite diagnosis and continuous treatment in our hospital will be rolled in.

排除标准：

失访的HLH患者。

Exclusion criteria：

HLH patients lost to follow-up.
