研究目的：

比较常氧吸入和术中80%的高浓度氧气吸入对术后长期认知功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of normoxic inhalation and intraoperative 80% high-concentration oxygen inhalation on long-term postoperative cognitive function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 60-85岁；
2. ASA III-IV级；
3. 拟行不停跳冠状动脉旁路移植手术。

Inclusion criteria

1. 60-85 years old;
2. ASA class III-IV;
3. Proposed off-pump coronary artery bypass graft surgery.

排除标准：

1. 急性冠脉综合症；
2. 严重认知功能障碍，基线MoCA-BC 评分<19；
3. 右向左分流心脏病患者；
4. 不同意参加研究；
5. 充血性心力衰竭；
6. 听力障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute coronary syndrome;
2. Severe cognitive impairment with baseline MoCA-BC score <19;
3. Patients with right-to-left shunt heart disease;
4. Non-consent to participate in the study;
5. Congestive heart failure;
6. Hearing impairment.
