研究目的：

本研究拟通过对老年泌尿外科手术患者有无腕踝针复合静脉麻醉，在维持适宜镇静、镇痛前提下，检测老年患者全麻药血药浓度，探索不同条件下老年人适宜血药浓度，同时观察腕踝针有无减少老年患者全麻药用量的优势，为老年患者全麻寻求更有优势的麻醉方法。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to detect the blood concentration of general anesthetics in elderly patients with or without wrist-ankle needle combined intravenous anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing urological surgery, while maintaining appropriate sedation and analgesia, and to explore the appropriate blood concentration of elderly patients under different conditions. Observe whether wrist-ankle acupuncture has the advantage of reducing the amount of general anesthetics in elderly patients, and seek a more advantageous anesthesia method for general anesthesia for elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1、同意接受全麻手术患者
2、ASAⅠ~Ⅳ级者
3、年龄≥65岁，男女不限
4、穿刺部位无破溃感染者

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who agree to receive general anesthesia
2. Those with ASA I to IV
3. Age ≥65 years old, no gender limit
4. Those with no ulceration at the puncture site

排除标准：

1、窦性心动过缓、房室传导阻滞患者
2、丙泊酚注射液过敏史、
3、对阿片类药物过敏
4、原有精神疾病、术前常服用影响神经调节药物(安定等)
5、语言沟通障碍
6、穿刺部位有破溃感染者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with sinus bradycardia and atrioventricular block
2. History of allergy to propofol injection,
3. Allergic to opioids
4. Pre-existing mental illness, often taking drugs that affect neuromodulation (Diamen, etc.) before surgery
5. Language communication barriers
6. Those with ulceration and infection at the puncture site
