研究目的：

主要目的：评估膝关节创伤后粘连患者疤痕几何形态、膝关节屈伸过程中的疤痕平均应变、以及疤痕弹性模量的改变。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To evaluate the changes of scar geometry, average scar strain during knee flexion and extension, and scar elastic modulus in patients with post-traumatic adhesion of knee joint.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-45岁，性别不限；
2.膝关节创伤或术后0-6个月；
3.膝关节主动屈曲≤110°
4.自愿参加试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18-45 years old, regardless of gender;
2. 0-6 months after Knee trauma or operation;
3. Active knee flexion ≤ 110 °;
4. Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

1.患膝皮肤缺损。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Knee skin defect.
