主要目标 分析肾组织EXT1/EXT2抗原表达与肾功能进展相关性。 次要目标： 分析中国人群EXT1/2相关MN与尿蛋白缓解相关性 分析本研究人群EXT1/2相关MN靶抗原占比情况。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective To analyze the correlation between EXT1/EXT2 antigen expression and renal function progression in renal tissue. Secondary objectives: The correlation between ext1/2-related MN and urinary protein response in Chinese population was analyzed The proportion of EXT1/2-related MN target antigens in this study population was analyzed.

纳入标准：

肾活检确诊为膜性肾病患者
年龄≥14岁
活检肾小球≥8个
预期生存时间在1年以上

Inclusion criteria

Renal biopsy confirms patients with membranous nephropathy
Age ≥ 14 years
Biopsy glomerular ≥ 8
Expected survival time is more than 1 year

排除标准：


基线eGFR＜30ml/min/1.73m2患者
随访时间小于12个月
其他临床医生认为不适合参加本研究的其他情况

Exclusion criteria：

Baseline eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73 m2 patients
The follow-up period was less than 12 months
Other conditions in which other clinicians do not consider it appropriate to participate in this study
