研究目的：

研究清楚中国消除疟疾阶段跨中缅边境地区的疟疾流行规律和疟疾感染危险因素，同时鉴定出疟疾流行的热点和热点人群，为有针对性地制定有效疟疾消除及其巩固维持消除成果的措施，提供科学依据和技术支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify risk factors for malaria infection on the China-Myanmar border, to find epidemiological characteristics of malaria cross China-Myanmar border, hotspots and hot populations through using case-control technology, providing scientific evidences and technical support for measure developments of malaria elimination and maintaining the achievement of the elimination.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

病例对照研究纳入人数比（病例数：对照数）为1:2;为排除年龄、性别和健康状况等混杂因素的影响,以性别相同，年龄（+/-5岁）和健康状况相似配对。对每个病例和对照进行问卷调查，收集有关疟疾感染危险因素的数据。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Case-control ratio 1:2. In order to exclude confounding factors, controls were matched by sex, age (± 5 years), sex and health status. A questionaire will be administrated to collect data on risk factors of malaria infections. 

纳入标准：

病例为医疗机构发热病人疟原虫镜检阳性者，对照为来自相同机构就医的非疟疾病人（疟原虫镜检阴性）。获得知情同意者均可以纳入。

Inclusion criteria

The case patients are malaria patients confirmed by microscopy, the control patients are malaria parasite free by microscopy. All those that informed consent were obtained can be included.

排除标准：

病例组PCR实验阴性和对照组PCR阳性者，数据分析时从研究对象中踢出。

Exclusion criteria：

Those whose results of PCR test for case patients is negative, and for control patients is positive, will excluded from dada analysis.
