研究目的：

主要目的：探索含氯法齐明方案对MAC肺病的疗效，为选择更合理的MAC肺病治疗方案提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To explore the curative effect of clofazimine regimen on MAC pulmonary disease and provide reference for selecting more reasonable treatment regimen for MAC pulmonary disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-75周岁，性别不限；
2.确诊为鸟分枝杆菌复合群肺病；
3.胸部影像检查发现肺内病变，有或无空洞；
4.患者不适合标准MAC肺病治疗方案，包括近3年接受过抗结核治疗、使用与利福平存在相互作用的药物、标准方案有较高不良反应风险；
5.育龄期妇女妊娠尿检阴性并同意在研究期间使用高效避孕措施；
6.同意参加试验并已签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 75 years, gender is not limited;
2. Diagnosed with Mycobacterium avium complex lung disease;
3. Chest imaging examination found intrapulmonary lesions, with or without cavities;
4. The patient is not suitable for the standard MAC lung disease treatment regimen, including receiving anti-tuberculosis treatment in the past 3 years, using drugs that interact with rifampicin, and the standard regimen has a high risk of adverse reactions;
5. Women of childbearing age have a negative pregnancy urine test and agree to use high-efficiency contraceptive measures during the study;
6. Those who agree to participate in the trial and have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.此次就诊前已经开始抗MAC治疗超过1个月；
2.药敏试验提示大环内酯耐药，或发现大环内酯耐药基因突变，或近3年接受大环内酯治疗超过6个月；
3.在治疗开始谷丙转氨酶超过正常值高限2倍者或肌酐超过正常上限；
4.长期使用免疫抑制剂者；
5.具有其它严重基础疾病者；
6.哺乳期或妊娠期；
7.Karnofsky评分＜50；
8.根据课题组判断，受试者患有不适合参加本课题的或者可能使患者不能参加本课题全过程的任何疾病；
9.有精神病史者或者精神评估不合格者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Anti-MAC therapy has been started for more than 1 month before the visit;
2. Drug susceptibility test indicates macrolide resistance, or macrolide resistance gene mutation is found, or macrolide treatment for more than 6 months in the past 3 years;
3. Alanine aminotransferase exceeding 2 times the upper limit of normal or creatinine exceeding the upper limit of normal at the beginning of treatment;
4. Long-term use of immunosuppressants;
5. Those with other serious underlying diseases;
6. Lactation or pregnancy;
7. Karnofsky score <50;
8. According to the judgment of the research team, the subject suffers from any disease that is not suitable for participating in this subject or may prevent the patient from participating in the whole process of this subject;
9. Those who have a history of mental illness or those who fail the mental assessment.
