研究目的：

本研究拟通过在坐骨神经阻滞+股神经阻滞下行全膝关节置换术时，在局麻药物中添加地塞米松，评价其对术后爆发痛发生率及其严重程度的影响效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of perineural dexamethasone on rebound pain after ropivacaine single injection combined femoral and sciatic nerve block for total knee arthroplasty.

纳入标准：

ASA:I~III
年龄≥18周岁
能够理解NRS评分并给出反馈信息

Inclusion criteria

American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–III.
Aged ≥18years.
An ability to understand and give feedback on NRS.

排除标准：

对试验所涉及的药物过敏（地塞米松，罗哌卡因，全身麻醉所需药物，阿片类镇痛药物，非甾体类抗炎药等）；BMI≥40；长期使用镇痛药物；有外周神经阻滞禁忌症；长期使用糖皮质激素，神经阻滞失败（在复苏室中NRS评分＞3）。

Exclusion criteria：

Allergies to any of the study drugs (dexamethasone, ropivacaine, general anesthetics, opioids, NSAIDs).
BMI≥40.
Chronic analgesic use.
Contraindication of peripheral nerve block.
Chronic steroid use.
Failed nerve block(NRS ＞ 3 in the recovery room).
