研究目的：

基于3D打印技术，结合远红外材料，研发新型远红外能量康复机械枕。将远红外保健枕推广至颈型颈椎病人群使用并进行临床观察，在指定时间内随访，对其保健效果进行观察，验证推广效果。开发新型远红外能量康复机械枕。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on 3D printing technology, combined with far-infrared materials, develop a new type of far-infrared energy rehabilitation mechanical pillow. Promote the use of far-infrared health pillows to people with cervical spondylosis and conduct clinical observations, follow up within a specified time, observe their health care effects, and verify the promotion effects. Develop a new type of far-infrared energy rehabilitation mechanical pillow.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄不限，性别不限；
2.符合下述诊断标准者；
参考2010《颈椎病诊治与康复指南》制定标准。①颈项僵硬、疼痛，可有整个肩部疼痛发僵，不能做点头、仰头及转头活动，出现斜颈姿势，转头时躯干同时转动，亦可出现头晕症状。②少数患者出现放射性肩臂手疼痛、麻胀，打喷嚏或咳嗽症状不加重。③临床检查可见急性期颈椎活动绝对受限，颈椎旁肌、T1～T7椎旁肌、斜方肌、胸锁乳突肌有压痛，冈上肌、冈下肌 也可有压痛。如有继发前斜角肌痉挛可在胸锁乳突肌内侧，相当于C3～C6横突水平扪及痉挛肌肉，稍用力压迫即可出现肩臂手放射性疼痛。有反复落枕史。④影像学检查可正常或仅有生理曲度改变，轻度椎间隙狭窄，少有骨赘形成。
3.能清晰的描述自身情况，能积极配合评分调查。
4.坚持接受治疗及检测

Inclusion criteria

1. No age limit, no gender limit;
2. Those who meet the following diagnostic criteria;
Standards were developed with reference to the 2010 "Guidelines for the Diagnosis, Treatment and Rehabilitation of Cervical Spondylosis". ① The neck is stiff and painful, but the entire shoulder is painful and stiff. You cannot nod, lift your head, or turn your head, and you have a torticollis posture. When you turn your head, your torso rotates at the same time, and you may also experience dizziness. ② A small number of patients have radioactive shoulder, arm and hand pain, numbness, and the symptoms of sneezing or coughing do not get worse. ③Clinical examination shows that the cervical spine activity is absolutely restricted in the acute phase, the cervical paraspinal muscles, T1T7 paraspinal muscles, trapezius muscles, sternocleidomastoid muscles have tenderness, and supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscles may also have tenderness. If there is secondary spasm of the anterior scalene muscle, it can be inside the sternocleidomastoid muscle, which is equivalent to the horizontal palpation of the C3C6 transverse process and the spastic muscle. A slight pressure can cause radiation pain in the shoulder, arm and hand. There is a history of repeated stiff neck. ④ The imaging examination may be normal or only physiological curvature changes, mild intervertebral space stenosis, and few osteophytes formation.
3. Able to clearly describe one's own situation and actively cooperate with scoring surveys.
4. Adhere to treatment and testing

排除标准：

1.不符合诊断标准；
2.合并有心脑血管、肝肾及精神病；
3.颈椎关节有脱 位、骨折、结核、椎管内占位性病变；
4.妊娠期及哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Does not meet the diagnostic criteria;
2. Combined with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, and mental illness;
3. Cervical joints have dislocations, fractures, tuberculosis, and space-occupying lesions in the spinal canal;
4. During pregnancy and lactation.
