研究目的：

探索序贯外用糖皮质激素与克立硼罗软膏治疗中重度儿童特应性皮炎的有效性及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy and safety of sequential topical application of mometasone furoate cream and crisaborole ointment in the treatment of mild to moderate childhood atopic dermatitis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合 Hanifin 和 Rajka 的标准的特应性皮炎患儿
2. 患者年龄 2-17岁；
3. 病情严重程度：EASI ≦21 分, IGA≦3 分；
4. 知情同意，自愿原则，同意参加研究的家庭；
5. 未参加其它临床研究项目。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children with atopic dermatitis who meet the criteria of Hanifin and Rajka
2. The age of the patient was 2-17 years
3. The severity of the disease is as follows: EASI ≦21 分, IGA≦3 分
4. Informed Consent, voluntary principle, consent to participate in the study
5. Not involved in other clinical research programs.

排除标准：

1. 入组前4周内接受非类固醇免疫抑制剂（如环孢素、甲氨喋呤）或紫外线治疗或系统使用糖皮质激素制剂治疗；
2. 患有严重感染性疾病、精神疾病、原发或继发免疫缺陷、肿瘤等；
3. 监护人患有精神疾病、神志异常、认知障碍等；
4. 不能遵医嘱定期随访；
5. 对糠酸莫米松乳膏和/或克立硼罗软膏过敏的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Received non-steroidal immunosuppressants (such as cyclosporine, methotrexate) or ultraviolet therapy or systemic glucocorticoid therapy within 4 weeks before enrollment;
2. Suffering from serious infectious disease, mental illness, primary or secondary immunodeficiency, tumor, etc
3. The guardian suffers from mental illness, psychosis, cognitive impairment, etc.
4. Can Not follow up regularly according to the doctors advice.
5. Children who are allergic to Mometasone furoate cream and/or crisaborole ointment.
