主要目的：建立一个人工智能的干性年龄相关性黄斑变性的诊断和分级系统，达到对大量测试样本的quadratic weighted kappa达到0.9以上。

纳入标准：

符合临床上干性年龄相关性黄斑变性的诊断标准，成像清晰的黄斑区OCT图片

Inclusion criteria

Those Clear imaging OCT photos which according to the clinical diagnosis of dry age-related macular degeneration.

排除标准：

成像不清晰的黄斑区OCT图片；干性年龄相关性黄斑变性合并CNV、黄斑水肿等其他疾病的黄斑区OCT图片

Exclusion criteria：

The imaging blur OCT photos　　
The OCT photos of dry age-related macular degeneration　with　CNV or other　macular　diseases．

美国眼科学会在2017年发表在Ophthalmology上的视网膜色素上皮和外层视网膜完全性萎缩的OCT诊断共识，和2020年发表在Ophthalmology上的初发期地图样萎缩的OCT诊断共识。

The American Academy of Ophthalmology's consensus on OCT diagnosis of complete atrophy of retinal pigment epithelium and outer retina published in Ophthalmology in 2017, and the consensus on OCT diagnosis of primary geographic atrophy published in Ophthalmology in 2020

1.符合临床上诊断干性年龄相关性黄斑变性的诊断标准； 2.可以获得清晰的黄斑区OCT图像； 3.同意签署知情同意书的患者。

Target condition (The target condition is a particular disease or disease stage that the index test will be intended to identify. Please specify the characteristics in detail; the population should has a complete spectrum and good representative):

1. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for dry age-related macular degeneration; 2. A clear OCT image of the macula can be obtained; 3. Patients who agree to sign the informed consent form.

容易混淆的疾病人群（即与目标疾病不易区分的一种或多种不同疾病，应避免采用正常人群对照的病例-对照设计）：

临床上符合干性年龄相关性黄斑变性，但同时合并有其他黄斑部病变（如黄斑囊样水肿、卵黄样黄斑营养不良、高度近视黄斑劈裂、黄斑区脉络膜新生血管、黄斑区出血渗出、黄斑部视网膜裂孔、玻璃体黄斑牵引综合症、黄斑部视网膜前膜等）的人群。

Cystoid macular edema，vitelliform dystrophy，High myopia macular split，choroidal neovascularization，macular hemorrhage or exudation，Macular hole，Macular vitreous traction syndrome，macular epiretinal membrane.
