研究目的：

研究中性粒细胞 CD64 指数、PCT 及 CRP 对急性胰腺炎伴腹腔感染的临床诊断价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the clinical diagnostic value of neutrophil CD64 index, PCT and CRP in acute pancreatitis complicated with abdominal infection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

所有患者均符合《美国胃肠病学会急性胰腺炎初始治疗指南》中的急性胰腺炎诊断标准，临床资料完整，年龄均＞18岁。

Inclusion criteria

All patients met the diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis in the ''American Academy of Gastroenterology Guidelines for the Initial Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis'', with complete clinical data, and aged >18 years.

排除标准：

1.合并恶性肿瘤、肝肾功能不全、血液系统疾病、心脑血管意外、免疫缺陷疾病或自身免疫疾病的患者；
2.入院时确诊合并除胰腺和腹腔外其他部位感染或全身性感染的患者；
3.既往有糖尿病、急性胰腺炎病史的患者；
4.入组前３个月有应用糖皮质激素、免疫调节药物的患者；
5.孕妇或乳母。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with malignant tumors, liver and kidney insufficiency, blood system diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents, immunodeficiency diseases or autoimmune diseases;
2. Patients diagnosed with infection in other parts other than the pancreas and abdominal cavity or systemic infection at admission;
3. Patients with a history of diabetes and acute pancreatitis;
4. Patients who have used glucocorticoids and immunomodulatory drugs 3 months before enrollment;
5. Pregnant patients or breastfeeding.

选择4家三级甲等医院收治的急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象。按感染情况分为未感染组、感染组及脓毒症组 ，40例同期健康体检者为对照组。检测患者CD64 指数、PCT 及 CＲP 等感染指标，比较各组患者感染指标表达水平，革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌感染者的各项指标水平，绘制ROC曲线比较各指标诊断急性胰腺炎伴腹腔感染及脓毒症的效能
