研究目的：

通过综合评价新生儿胃肠道手术围术期的相关因素，建立和验证模型，对改善临床诊疗、合理制定麻醉方案具有指导意义。  

Objectives of Study：

A comprehensive evaluation of the factors associated with the perioperative period of neonatal gastrointestinal surgery and then devop and validate the prediction model which offer guiding significance for improving clinical diagnosis and treatment and rationally formulating anesthesia programs.

纳入标准：

选取全麻下行胃肠道手术并术后转入ICU的新生儿（出生后三个月内）。预计收集600例，420例为观察组，180例为验证组。

Inclusion criteria

Newborns(within three month after birth) who were given general anesthesia for gastrointestinal surgery and transferred to the ICU after surgery were selected. It is estimated that 600 cases will be collected, 420 cases will be in the observation group and 180 cases will be verified.

排除标准：

病历记录不完善、不合格的患儿以及治疗中途转院、严重畸形的患儿

Exclusion criteria：

Medical records are not well documented;newborns in the treatment transferred to the hospital midway;severe deformities
