Objectives of Study：

To indicate the neuromechanisms of abnormalities on the subliminal self-face recognition for schizophrenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）首发精神分裂症入组标准
①首次经由两名主治以上职称的医师入组临床诊断符合DSM-V中精神分裂症诊断标准的患者；② PANSS量表至少有一项在轻度以上（>3分）；③年龄16-45岁，右利手；④受教育程度初中及以上水平；⑤精神分裂症未治疗≤5年；⑥入组前3个月未服用任何包括抗精神病药物在内的精神药物；⑦双眼视力或矫正视力达到1.0及以上；⑧能识别出中国国家主席习近平的面部照片，能够理解并完成本实验中的要求，并签署知情同意书。
（2）精神分裂症缓解期入组标准
①经由两名主治以上职称的医师入组临床诊断符合DSM-V中精神分裂症诊断标准且处于缓解期的患者；②PANSS量表8项评分均在轻度或轻度以下（≤3分），并且持续时间至少6个月；③年龄16-45岁，右利手；④受教育程度初中及以上水平；⑤双眼视力或矫正视力达到1.0及以上；⑤能识别出中国国家主席习近平的面部照片，能够理解并完成本实验中的要求，并签署知情同意书。
（3）健康受试者的入组
①不符合DSM-V中任意一条精神障碍的诊断标准；②无精神疾病家族史；③年龄16-45岁，右利手；④受教育程度初中及以上水平；⑤双眼视力或矫正视力达到1.0及以上；能识别出中国国家主席习近平的面部照片，能够理解并完成本实验中的要求，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Inclusion criteria for first-episode schizophrenia ①Two attending or above professional doctors were enrolled into the group of patients whose clinical diagnosis met the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia in DSM-V;②At least one item of PANSS is above mild (>3);③aged 16-45, right handed;④ at least junior high school education level;⑤ DUP≤5 years; ⑥ no psychotropic drugs including antipsychotics were taken 3 months before enrollment; ⑦binocular vision or corrected vision of above 1.0;⑧recognize facial photos of President Xi, and understand and complete the requirements in this experiment, and sign the informed consent form.
（2）Inclusion criteria for remitted schizophrenia ①Two attending or above professional doctors were enrolled into the group of patients whose clinical diagnosis met the diagnostic criteria of remitted schizophrenia in DSM-V;②The PANSS scores of 8 items were mild or below (≤ 3 points) and lasted for at least 6 months;③aged 16-45, right handed;④ at least junior high school education level;⑤ binocular vision or corrected vision of above 1.0;⑥recognize facial photos of President Xi, and understand and complete the requirements in this experiment, and sign the informed consent form.
(3)Inclusion criteria for healthy controls ① not meet the diagnostic criteria of any mental disorder in DSM-V;②no family history of mental illness; ③aged 16-45, right handed;④ at least junior high school education level;⑤ binocular vision or corrected vision of above 1.0;⑥recognize facial photos of President Xi, and understand and complete the requirements in this experiment, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①面部有痣、疤痕、纹身等明显且容易识别标志等；②有神经系统慢性疾病史、精神活性物质滥用史、精神发育迟滞以及其他严重躯体疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

Any moles, scars, tattoos and other obvious and easy to identify marks on the face;Any history of chronic nervous system diseases psychoactive substance abuse, mental retardation,severe somatic diseases.
