研究目的：

1.动态评估儿童少年时期留守对端粒长度（包括缩短速率）及儿童情绪和行为相关障碍的影响； 2.探明上述因素之间的交互作用及潜在的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To dynamically assess the effects of childhood retention during adolescence on telomere length (including the rate of shortening) and child emotional and behavior-related disorders; 2. To explore the interaction between the above factors and the potential mechanisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 人口信息标准：年龄: 7-13岁；民族:汉族；利手:右利手；
2) 既往未服用任何抗精神病药物、抗抑郁药物及镇静安眠药；
3）社会功能完好(能正常上学、非病退)；
4）受试者及监护人均同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1) Demographic Information Criteria: Age: 7-13 years old; Ethnicity: Han Chinese; Sharpshooter: Right Sharpshooter.
2) not previously taking any antipsychotic drugs, antidepressants and sedative sleeping pills.
3) socially intact (able to attend school normally, non-medically retired).
4) Subjects and guardians agreed to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1) 有严重躯体疾病、神经系统疾病者；
2) 不能配合抽血、不配合完成心理健康状态评估等不能有效完成检查者；
3) 受试者或监护人不同意参加本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those with serious physical and neurological disorders
2) Those who cannot cooperate with blood draws, complete mental health status assessment, etc. to effectively complete the examination
3) Subjects or guardians who do not agree to participate in this study.
