Objectives of Study：

To explore the stroke rehabilitation technology and scheme based on transcranial ultrasound stimulation (TUS)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

健康组：性别、年龄匹配病人组、手握力正常（进行简单手握力测试）
脑卒中组：
入组标准：缺血型单侧基底节中风，I-IV期；45-75岁
男女比例：70%：30%
入组时间：中风后1-6个月。

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy group: gender and age matched patient group, normal hand grip (simple hand grip test);
2. Stroke group:
(1) ischemic unilateral basal ganglia stroke, stage I-IV; aged 45-75 years old;
(2) Ratio of male to female: 70%/30%;
(3) Enrollment time: 1-6 months after stroke.

排除标准：

健康组：颅内有植入者、CT影像检查有钙化点者或血管硬化症状者。
脑卒中组：患侧大脑不能诱发出运动诱发电位(MEP)者、颅内有植入者、CT影像检查有钙化点者或血管硬化症状者、DTI影像检测显示胼胝体纤维束有明显损伤者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Healthy group: patients with intracranial implants, calcification points on CT imaging or symptoms of angiosclerosis;
2. Stroke group: patients with no motor evoked potential (MEP) on the affected side of the brain, patients with intracranial implantation, patients with calcification points on CT imaging or symptoms of vascular sclerosis, and patients with obvious damage of corpus callosum fiber bundle revealed by DTI imaging examination.
