研究目的：

观察冻结肩肩关节镜下松解后外展外旋位悬吊的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy of arthoscopic capsular release with abduction and external rotation suspension.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为原发性或继发性冻结肩患者；
2.年龄大于18岁；
3.自愿接受肩关节镜手术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with primary or secondary frozen shoulder;
2. Aged over 18 years old;
3. Voluntarily accept shoulder arthroscopic surgery.

排除标准：

1.肩袖损伤、三角肌等肌肉肌腱受损或断裂患者，以及存在其他影响外展、外旋功能疾病；
2.关节内其他结构异常影响患者肩关节活动范围；
3.全身性疾病，包括类风湿关节炎、类固醇等可能影响肌肉肌腱质量及关节的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with rotator cuff injury, deltoid muscle and other muscle tendon injury or rupture, and other diseases affecting abduction and external rotation;
2. Other structural abnormalities in the joint affect the range of motion of the patient's shoulder joint;
3. Systemic diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, steroids and other diseases that may affect the quality of muscles, tendons and joints.
