研究TSG-6在AKI疾病发生发展及预后转归中的临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the clinical significance of TSG-6 in the occurrence, development and prognosis of AKI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-80岁；临床诊断为急性肾损伤的患者；患者自愿纳入实验，所有患者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Age 18-80 years; Patients with clinical diagnosis of acute renal injury; Patients were voluntarily included in the experiment, and all patients signed informed consent.

排除标准：

原有慢性肾功能不全者；连续应用糖皮质激素治疗3d以上的患者；长期服用甲状腺素片或抗甲状腺药物的患者；器官移植或干细胞移植后的患者；AKI的病因源于肾前性因素、肾后梗阻性疾病、急进性肾炎综合征、急性间质性肾炎和血栓性微血管病等；合并恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病的患者；其他的研究者认为不适于参加研究情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with previous chronic renal insufficiency; Patients treated with glucocorticoid for more than 3 days; Patients taking thyroxine tablets or antithyroid drugs for a long time; Patients after organ transplantation or stem cell transplantation; The etiology of AKI comes from pre-renal factors, post renal obstructive diseases, rapid progressive nephritis syndrome, acute interstitial nephritis and thrombotic microvascular disease; Patients with malignant tumors and autoimmune diseases; Other researchers considered it inappropriate to participate in the study.
