研究目的：

评价经腹腹腔镜下精囊囊肿去顶术和经尿道精囊镜开窗减压术治疗精囊囊肿的优劣。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of laparoscopic seminal vesicle cyst removal and transurethral seminal vesicle decompression in the treatment of seminal vesicle cysts.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.nih-慢性前列腺炎症状指数(CPSI)≥15，囊肿最大直径≥30mm。
2.合并血精症、精囊感染、结石、复发性附睾炎、输精管阻塞和/或射精管。
3.合并男性不育、肾盂积水和/或结肠直肠梗阻。
4.保守治疗失败或在TRUS指导下抽吸后复发。

Inclusion criteria

1. nih- Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index (CPSI) >= 15, the largest cyst diameter >= 30mm.
2. Combination of hemospermia, seminal vesicle infection, calculi, recurrent epididymitis, vas deferens obstruction and/or ejaculatory duct.
3. Combined male infertility, hydronephrosis and/or colorectal obstruction.
4. Failure of conservative treatment or recurrence after aspiration under the guidance of TRUS.

排除标准：

1.主要数据不足。
2.精囊憩室。
3.单侧肾发育不全(Zinner综合征)。
4.术前评估排除恶性囊肿。
5.原发性精囊腺癌。
6.合并非囊肿性不孕症。
7.苗勒管囊肿。
8.转换为开放手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The main data is insufficient.
2. Seminal vesicle diverticulum.
3. Unilateral renal hypoplasia (Zinner syndrome).
4. Preoperative evaluation to exclude malignant cysts.
5. Primary seminal vesicle adenocarcinoma.
6. Combined non-cystic infertility.
7. Mullerian duct cyst.
8. Conversion to open surgery.
