研究目的：

主要目的：评价远程运动管理随访模式对老年人运动训练依从性、效果和安全性的影响。精准制定老年人运动处方，评估心脏运动训练的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To evaluate the effect of the tele-exercise management follow-up mode on the compliance, efficacy and safety of exercise training in the elderly. Precisely formulate exercise prescriptions for the elderly and evaluate the safety of cardiac exercise training.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁；
2.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 60 years;
2. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并感染性疾病者；
2.合并冠心病、心力衰竭、肺动脉高压、瓣膜病、心肌病、严重室性心律失常、心肌炎或心包炎者；
3.合并严重呼吸系统疾病者：如重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病、重度哮喘等；
4.合并未控制的甲状腺功能亢进症或甲状腺功能减退症；
5.严重贫血；
6.严重电解质异常；
7.运动试验的绝对禁忌证者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with infectious diseases;
2. Patients with coronary heart disease, heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, valvular disease, cardiomyopathy, severe ventricular arrhythmia, myocarditis or pericarditis;
3. Patients with severe respiratory diseases: such as severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe asthma, etc.;
4. Combined with uncontrolled hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism;
5. Severe anemia;
6. Severe electrolyte abnormalities;
7. Absolute contraindications to exercise testing.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采集时点：需要在入组时初次采集，第6个月出组时进行复测，收集本研究观察指标相关数据。临床检测和问卷数据采用线上录入方式，由健康管理师负责问卷录入。当所有数据输入并核对无误后，由数据管理员写出数据库检查报告，其内容包括研究完成情况（含脱落受试者清单）、入选/排除标准检查、完整性检查、逻辑一致性检查、离群数据检查、时间窗检查、不良事件检查等。在审核会议上，由主要研究者、数据管理员和统计人员对受试者签署知情同意书、数据库检查报告中提出的问题做出决议，写出审核报告，数据库同时将被锁定。所有数据包括数据库、检查程序、分析程序、分析结果等，应分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。所有原始档案应按相应规定内的期限保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Collection time: Initial collection was required at the time of enrollment, and retest was conducted at the time of leaving the group at the sixth month to collect data related to observation indicators of this study. Clinical testing and questionnaire data were recorded online, and health managers were responsible for questionnaire input. After all data is entered and checked correctly, the data manager will write a database inspection report, which includes study completion status (including list of dropped subjects), inclusion/exclusion criteria check, integrity check, logical consistency check, outlier data check, time window check, adverse events check, etc. At the audit meeting, the principal investigator, data manager and statistician will make decisions on subjects' signing of informed consent and issues raised in the database inspection report, write the audit report, and the database will be locked at the same time. All data, including databases, inspection procedures, analysis procedures, analysis results, etc., should be saved by classification, and multiple backup files should be saved on different disks or recording media to prevent damage. All original files shall be kept for the period specified accordingly.
