研究目的：

通过对健康受试人群-12°头低位研究，探索脑部血流动力学参数变化特征和脉搏波变化特征，试图揭示头低位姿势变化对脑部血流动力学参数和心血管系统之间的耦合影响机制。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we investigated the changes of cerebral hemodynamic parameters and pulse wave in healthy subjects at -12° head-down tilt posture, and attempted to reveal the coupling effect mechanism between cerebral hemodynamic parameters and cardiovascular system.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄 18-28 岁；
2.右利手受试者；
3.女性受试者未怀孕且未服用口服避孕药；
4.身体健康，无头痛头晕、感冒、发热、疼痛等身体不适症状；
5.意识清楚，无听力障碍及认知障碍，能配合试验者；
6.无药物、酒精滥用史、无睡眠障碍、精神疾病者；
7.无心脑血管疾病史、手术史；
8.近一个月内未服用过镇静安神抗焦虑抗抑郁类药物者；
9.自愿参与本试验研究且知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-28;
2. Right-handed subjects;
3. Female subjects are not pregnant and do not take oral contraceptives;
4. Healthy, no headache, dizziness, cold, fever, pain and other physical symptoms;
5. Clear consciousness, no hearing impairment and cognitive impairment, able to cooperate with the test subjects;
6. No history of drug or alcohol abuse, sleep disorder or mental illness;
7. History of cardiovascular disease and operation;
8. Those who have not taken sedative, tranquilizing, anti-anxiety and anti-depression drugs in recent one month;
9. Participants who voluntarily participated in the study and gave informed consent.

排除标准：

1.年龄小于 18 岁或大于 28 岁；
2.有感冒发烧、头晕头痛、疼痛等身体不适症状；
3.存在认知障碍、意识不清楚者或听力障碍，不能配合试验者；
4.有睡眠障碍或精神疾病者；
5.有药物或酒精滥用史者；
6.有心脑血管疾病史、手术史者；
7.有梅毒、艾滋等传染性疾病者；
8.近一个月内服用过镇静安神抗焦虑抗抑郁类药物者；
9.不能接受本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Younger than 18 years old or older than 28 years old;
2. Cold, fever, dizziness, headache, pain and other physical symptoms;
3. Have cognitive impairment, unclear consciousness or hearing impairment, and cannot cooperate with the test;
4. People with sleep disorder or mental illness;
5. Have a history of drug or alcohol abuse;
6. Patients with a history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or surgery;
7. Persons suffering from infectious diseases such as syphilis and AIDS;
8. Those who have taken sedative, tranquilizing, anti-anxiety and anti-depression drugs in recent one month;
9. Those who cannot accept the test.
