研究目的：

主要目的：了解和观察陕西省胃癌患者营养及食欲状况的临床现状及分布特点，并探索导致营养及厌食问题发生或加重的相关因素，给后续胃癌患者的营养、厌食治疗和管理提供证据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To understand and observe the clinical status and distribution characteristics of nutrition and appetite in patients with gastric cancer in Shaanxi Province, and to explore the related factors leading to the occurrence or aggravation of nutrition and appetite problems, so as to provide evidence support for the subsequent malnutrition, anorexia treatment and management of patients with gastric cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经病理组织学或细胞学诊断确诊的胃癌患者；
2.年龄≥18周岁，≤75周岁，男女不限；
3.意识清醒且能理解、自主回答问题和完成调查问卷；
4.依从性良好，自愿同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with gastric cancer diagnosed by histopathology or cytology;
2. Aged ≥ 18 years, ≤ 75 years, male or female;
3. Conscious and able to understand, independently answer questions and complete the questionnaire;
4. Good compliance, voluntary consent and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.存在主要器官功能衰竭，如肝功能衰竭、肾功能衰竭、心功能衰竭；
2.严重的代谢紊乱，如经药物治疗无法控制的糖尿病、电解质失衡等；
3.存在严重腹水、胸水或外周性水肿；
4.其他由医生判断需排除的情形。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The presence of major organ failure, such as liver failure, renal failure, heart failure;
2. Severe metabolic disorders, such as diabetes, electrolyte imbalance that cannot be controlled by drug treatment;
3. The presence of severe ascites, pleural effusion or peripheral edema;
4. Other conditions that need to be excluded by the doctor's judgment.
