研究目的：

目前，卵巢癌死亡率居于女性生殖系统肿瘤第一位。因其早期缺乏典型临床表现，又缺乏特异性与灵敏度俱佳的早期诊断方法，故大多数患者确诊时，已经属于中晚期，预后不佳。因此，我们通过对比卵巢癌患者与正常人及卵巢囊肿患者的血液中的外泌体蛋白成分，进一步研究外泌体生物标记物在卵巢癌患者中的差异性表达，旨在为早期诊断卵巢癌提供一种新的思路与方法，以改善卵巢癌患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, the mortality rate of ovarian cancer is the first in female reproductive system tumors. Because of the lack of typical clinical manifestations, and the lack of specificity and sensitivity of the early diagnosis method, most patients have been diagnosed in the middle and late stage, the prognosis is poor. Therefore, by comparing the protein components of exosomes in the blood of patients with ovarian cancer, normal people and patients with ovarian cysts, we further study the differential expression of biomarkers of exosomes in patients with ovarian cancer, in order to provide a new idea and method for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer and improve the prognosis of patients with ovarian cancer.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.所有患者术前均接受妇科检查及MRI/CT/PET-CT检查；
2.均签署此研究相关知情同意书；
3.经病理证实为卵巢癌患者；
4.根据FIGO标准进行分期。

Inclusion criteria

1. All patients received gynecological examination and MRI / CT / PET-CT examination before operation; 2. All of them signed the informed consent related to this study;
3. Patients with ovarian cancer confirmed by pathology;
4. Stage according to FIGO standard.

排除标准：

1.合并除卵巢癌以外的恶性肿瘤；
2.病理证实有远处转移者；
3.合并与认知功能障碍者；
4.有滥用药物，毒品史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Malignant tumor other than ovarian cancer;
2. Distant metastasis confirmed by pathology;
3. Those with cognitive impairment;
4. Those who have a history of drug abuse.
