研究目的：

1、通过对ICU重症儿童进行早期康复评估，统计本院PICU危重患儿ICU-AW、PICS及VIDD发生率。 2、早期康复干预对PICU危重症患儿ICU住院天数、总住院天数、机械通气时间、病死率、并发症、肢体功能、运动发育情况的影响。 3、研究膈肌功能障碍对于机械通气延迟撤机及困难撤机的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The incidence of ICU-AW, PICS and VIDD in critically ill children of PICU was calculated by early rehabilitation assessment of ICU critically ill children. 2. The effect of early rehabilitation intervention on ICU hospitalization days, total hospitalization days, mechanical ventilation time, mortality, complications, limb function and exercise development in PICU critically ill children. 3. To study the effect of diaphragmatic dysfunction on mechanical ventilation delayed weaning and difficult weaning.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

对存在高危因素如：机械通气大于5天、脓毒症、多器官功能衰竭、应用神经肌肉阻滞药、镇静药、大剂量糖皮质激素的1-12岁患者。

Inclusion criteria

For those 1-12 years old with high risk factors such as mechanical ventilation for more than 5 days, sepsis, multiple organ failure, application of neuromuscular blockers, sedatives, and high doses of glucocorticoids.

排除标准：

1、神经肌肉疾病患者；2、先天性心脏病患者；3、既往存在全面发育落后患者；4、四肢骨折；5、入ICU48小时内死亡的患者。
6、脊髓损伤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with neuromuscular diseases;
2. Patients with congenital heart disease;
3. Patients with general developmental problems;
4, limb fractures;
5. Patients who died within 48 hours of entering the ICU.
6. Patients with spinal cord injury.
