研究目的：

探讨腹腔镜上消化道穿孔修补术患者围手术期应用ERAS的有效性、可行性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy, feasibility and safety of perioperative application of ERAS in patients undergoing laparoscopic upper gastrointestinal perforation repair.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-50岁。
（2）腹部立卧位平片或腹部CT等检查均有典型上消化道穿孔表现，患者穿孔时间<24h,具有手术指征，无手术禁忌证。
（3）查体出现腹膜炎体征，腹部有压痛、反跳痛及肌紧张等。
（4）术中证实为上消化道穿孔。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-50 years old.
(2) Abdominal vertical position or abdominal CT examination showed typical upper gastrointestinal perforation performance, patient perforation time <24h, with surgical indications, no surgical contraindications.
(3) The body showed signs of peritonitis, and the abdomen had tenderness, rebound tenderness and muscle tension.
(4) Intraoperative perforation of the upper digestive tract was confirmed.

排除标准：

（1）消化道溃疡同时伴有出血及穿孔，中转开腹治疗者，孕妇和哺乳期妇女，接受保守治疗的患者，恶性溃疡患者和其他器官穿孔患者，存在任何精神疾病，拒绝参加研究或签署知情同意书。
（2）手术期间无法确诊消化性溃疡穿孔的患者（例如胃或十二指肠以外器官穿孔的患者）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Gastrointestinal ulcers accompanied by hemorrhage and perforation, conversion to open surgery, pregnant women and lactating women, patients receiving conservative treatment, patients with malignant ulcers and other organ perforation, have any mental illness, refuse to participate in research or sign Informed consent form.
(2) Patients with perforation of peptic ulcer cannot be diagnosed during surgery (for example, patients with perforation of organs other than the stomach or duodenum).
