研究目的：

将步行运动与主动呼吸循环技术相联合，探讨与单一的步行运动相比，二者联合应用对慢性心力衰竭患者活动耐力的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The combination of walking exercise and active respiratory and circulatory technique was used to explore the effect of the combination of walking exercise and single walking exercise on exercise endurance in patients with chronic heart failure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合《中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南2018》的诊断和标准，均能按医嘱服药的稳定患者
②年龄18-75周岁
③美国纽约心脏协会（NYHA）心功能分级Ⅱ-Ⅲ级
④言语表达及理解能力正常
⑤已获知情同意的患者

Inclusion criteria

1 in accordance with the diagnosis and criteria of the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Heart failure 2018, all the stable patients were able to take medicine according to the doctor's orders. 2 stable patients aged 18-75 years old 3 New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ 4 normal speech expression and understanding 5 patients with informed consent

排除标准：

①合并其他严重慢性疾病如严重肺病、肿瘤、透析的终末期肾功能衰竭等
②过去1个月内发生急性心肌梗死或其他心脏手术
③伴有肢体活动障碍、精神异常、认知障碍等
④不愿意随访3个月的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1 complicated with other severe chronic diseases such as severe lung disease, tumor, end-stage renal failure of dialysis, etc. 2 Acute myocardial infarction or other cardiac surgery occurred in the past month 3 patients with limb movement disorder, mental disorder and cognitive impairment 4 patients who were unwilling to be followed up for 3 months
