研究目的：

本研究的目的是探索新一代高浓度大环状含钆对比剂1.0mol/L钆布醇（加乐显?1.0）在3.0T条件下，比较使用 单倍和双倍剂量的增强磁共振检查在脑转移病灶检出方面的诊断效能，为临床剂量优化提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy (by blinded reading) and safety of Brain MRI in patient suspected Metastases with two doses of Gadobutrol. We expected to find the suitable dosage of Gadobutrol in Brain Metastasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

钆布醇 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Gadobutrol 

纳入标准：

1. 原发肿瘤被发现在一年以内的患者，且被临床症状提示有恶性肿瘤脑转移。
2. 由透露CT或其他检查发现疑似脑转移瘤的病灶的患者，无论患者是否有恶性肿瘤病史。
3. 患者愿意参与该试验并签署ICF。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patient whose primary tumor is diagnosed with 1 year and who was suspected cerebral metastasis according symptom;
2. Patient who was highly suspected cerebral metastasis due to the intracranial lesion detected by the CT etc, no matter the primary tumor is not found;
3. Willing to sign the ICF.

排除标准：

1. 孕期或哺乳期妇女。
2. 患者有任何MRI或增强MRI检查的禁忌征。
3. 患者在参与试验前接受脑转移瘤治疗。
4. 患者对任何已知或未知的磁共振对比剂成分过敏，或有严重过敏史的患者。
5. 患者eGFR<60 ml/min/1.73 m2。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women;
2. Patients who have any contraindication to MRI or CE-MRI;
3. Patients who was treated for his/ her cerebral metastasis before this study;
4. Patient who is sensitive to any component of the MRI contrast agent or patient who has the history of severe allergy or allergic asthma;
5. Patients whose eGFR<60 ml/min/1.73 m2.

盲法：

采用盲法阅片。通过本试验可以获得100份接受单倍剂量钆布醇头颅MRI扫描的图像及100份接受双倍剂量钆布醇头颅MRI扫描的图像。 1. 整理好图像后，由两位与本试验无关的放射科技师在不知道哪些图像是使用单倍，哪些图像是使用双倍剂量的钆布醇获得的的前提下分别计数每个患者的脑转移瘤数目。 2. 由1位放射科医师与1位放疗科医师联合根据每份图像图像，做出患者是否适合行立体放射治疗的诊断。

Blinding：

Blinded reading was used in this study. 100 sets of images obtained by brain MRI with single dose of Gadobutrol and 100 sets of imagines obtained by brain MRI with double dose of Gadobutrol were gathered. 1. When the imagines were ready, 2 independent experienced radiologist count the number of metastasis lesions without known which of these imagines were obtained by the single dose and which were obtained by the double dose. 2. Another independent radiologist and an independent radiotherapy doctor made the decision if the patient is suitable for Stereotactic radiation therapy base on the number & size of metastasis
