Objectives of Study：

To describe the status quo of social alienation of breast cancer patients at different time points and analyze its causes To construct the trajectory model of social alienation of breast cancer patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①女性；
②年龄18~60岁；
③经病理穿刺活检诊断为乳腺癌并拟行手术的患者；
④意识清楚，能以文字或语言沟通，表达清晰且能配合完成问卷；
⑤病人自愿参与本研究，并同意接受出院后的随访

Inclusion criteria

(1) female; (2) age 18 ~ 60 years old; (3) patients who were diagnosed with breast cancer by biopsy and were scheduled for operation; (4) they have clear consciousness, can communicate with words or language, express clearly and cooperate with the questionnaire; (5) patients who volunteered for the study and agreed to be followed up after discharge

排除标准：

①乳腺癌复发；
②有其他严重伴随疾病：如其他癌症、心肺功能不全；
③确诊时已发生远处转移

Exclusion criteria：

1 breast cancer recurs; 2 other serious concomitant diseases, such as other cancers, cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 3 distant metastasis has occurred at the time of diagnosis
