研究目的：

探讨Er:YAG-PIPS 根管冲洗技术在根管治疗中的效果和原理，为临床应用提供新思路和依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and principle of Er:YAG-PIPS as root canal irrigation technique in root canal therapy, and to provide new perspective and date for clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18-65岁；
根尖孔闭合的慢性根尖周炎患者；
性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-65 years old.
2. Patients with chronic apical periodontitis with closed apical foramen.
3. No gender limitation.

排除标准：

根尖孔发育不完全或根尖孔直径>2mm；
根尖囊肿；
激光过敏，或者不配合的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with incomplete apical foramen development or apical foramen diameter > 2 mm;
2. Patients with apical cyst;
3. Patients with laser allergy or non cooperation.
