研究目的：

简短正念疗法及音乐疗法对换药烧伤患者的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The Impact of Brief Mindfulness Medication and Music on Burns Undergoing Dressing Change

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

在https://www.randomizer.org/网站上生成数字表，并利用其将研究对象按1：1：1分组: 1) 音乐组(MG)，患者每天换药时收听音乐； 2) 简短正念疗法组(MMG)，患者每天接受简短正念治疗1次；和 3) 对照组(CG)，患者仅接受常规换药治疗;共1周。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Randomization was conducted by a number table generated from an internet-based computer program, https://www.randomizer.org/, which was used randomly allocate the participants to three groups with a balanced randomization of 1:1:1. 1) music group (MG), patients listened to music daily during dressing change; 2) Minddfullness medication group (MMG), patients received mindfulness medication once a day ; and 3) control group (CG), patients received routine dressing change only. The therpy lasts for one week. 

纳入标准：

(1) 符合临床指南规定的烧伤诊断标准，面积为10%-30%TBSA；
(2) 18岁以上；
(3) 自愿参与并遵循指导；
(4) 沟通良好；
(5) 所有患者首次烧伤。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Fit the diagnostic standard of burns referred to the clinical guidelines with burns on 10%-30% TBSA;
(2) Aged over 18 years;
(3) Volunteered to participate and followed guidance;
(4) Communicated well;
(5) All patients were frostbite for the first time.

排除标准：

(1) 精神障碍；
(2) 听力障碍；
(3) 呼吸系统损伤；
(4) 对曲马多过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Mental disorders;
(2) Hearing impairment;
(3) Damage to the respiratory system;
(4) Allergic to tramadol.
