研究目的：

通过前瞻性的设计来对比分析27G非玻切手术与27G玻切手术治疗特发性黄斑前膜的术后白内障发生情况;比较两组在治疗特发性黄斑前膜上视功能及黄斑功能恢复情况的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective design was used to compare the incidence of postoperative cataract after 27G non-vitreous surgery and 27G vitreous surgery for idiopathic macular membrane.To compare the difference between the two groups in visual function and macular function recovery after treatment of idiopathic macular membrane .

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）能明确看的清楚的特发性黄斑前膜
（2）玻璃体清晰
（3）矫正视力>0.2
（4）视物变形
（5）中度以下白内障

Inclusion criteria

(1) idiopathic ERM clearly visible through biomicroscopy;
(2) clear vitreous;
(3) best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) >0.2;
(4) metamorphopsia;
(5) absent-to-moderate cataract.

排除标准：

1）研究眼角膜、晶状体严重混浊，不能看清眼底；
2）研究眼合并视网膜血管病变、葡萄膜炎、眼外伤史、视网膜裂孔等眼部疾病；
3）研究眼曾行玻璃体视网膜手术；
4）患者存在手术禁忌症，手术风险高。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Cornea and lens of the study eye are severely turbid, and the fundus cannot be seen clearly;
2) The study eye with retinal vasculopathy, uveitis, history of ocular trauma, retinal tears and other eye diseases;
3) The study eye has undergone vitreoretinal surgery;
4) The patient has surgical contraindications and with high risk of undertaking surgery.
