研究目的：

对在表面肌电图指导下的“揣穴促通”电针法的临床疗效进行评价。 优化面神经炎针灸治疗及疗效评价体系，形成可推广方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of "Chuai acupoint promoting Dredging" electroacupuncture under the guidance of surface electromyography. Optimize the acupuncture treatment and curative effect evaluation system of facial neuritis to form a scalable scheme.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)符合中医面瘫病诊断标准，符合西医面神经炎诊断标准的患者；
(2)首次发病者，发病7日内；
(3)单侧发病者；
(4)年龄在8-80岁；
(5)能够配合医生完成各项评分、相关检验检查等工作；
(6)受试自愿接受试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of facial paralysis in traditional Chinese medicine and facial neuritis in western medicine;
(2) For the first time, within 7 days;
(3) Unilateral onset;
(4) Aged 8-80 years;
(5) Be able to cooperate with doctors to complete various scoring and related tests;
(6) The subjects voluntarily accepted the test and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

(1) 面神经炎继发于其他疾病者，如感染性多发性神经炎、肿瘤、手术、脑外伤等；
(2)体检有糖尿病、严重心、脑、肝、肾、造血系统和精神疾病；
(3)孕期或哺乳期的妇女；
(4)出现晕针等严重不良反应者；
(5)不愿意接受研究措施或其他原因不能合作者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Facial neuritis is secondary to other diseases, such as infectious multiple neuritis, tumor, surgery, brain injury, etc;
(2) physical examination included diabetes, Yan Zhongxin, brain, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and mental illness.
(3) Pregnant or lactating women;
(4) Serious adverse reactions such as needle fainting;
(5) Unwilling to accept research measures or unable to cooperate for other reasons.
