研究目的：

右美托咪定是一种高选择性α2肾上腺素受体激动剂，具有可唤醒镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑、抗交感、神经保护作用且几乎无呼吸抑制。因为它安全有效,使其成为临床广泛应用的麻醉辅助剂。因此我们拟验证右美托咪定是否能有效缓解脑膜瘤所致头疼，为术后病房中使用右美托咪定镇痛提供依据。同时借助静息态功能磁共振成像技术（rsf-MRI）来研究右美托咪定在脑膜瘤患者脑内引起的神经网络变化从而明确其镇痛机制，为右美托咪定的镇痛机制研究提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Dexmetomidine is a highly selective α2 adrenergic receptor agonist with a large number of advantages,including arousal sedation, analgesia, anxiolytic, antisympathetic, neuroprotective effects and little respiratory inhibition.Its safety and effectiveness make it a useful anesthetic adjuvant for a wide range of clinical applications.So we intends to verify whether dexmetomidine can effectively relieve headache caused by meningioma, providing an evidence for us to use dexmetomidine as an analgesic in ward after surgery.At the same time, resting state functional resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) will be used to study the neural network changes caused by dexmetomidine in meningioma patients to clarify its analgesic mechanism,providing a new idea for the study of analgesia mechanism of dexmetomidine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1)年龄：18~64岁；（2）脑膜瘤伴头疼但未压迫痛觉皮层网络，且拟行脑膜瘤手术切除治疗；（3）ASA分级I~II级。

Inclusion criteria

(1)age:18~64 years old; (2)meningioma patients with headache ,but without compression of pain cortical network,and will performming surgery; (3) ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status I or II grade.;

排除标准：

（1）有核磁扫描禁忌；（2）存在颅内病变或全身合并症；（3）近期有全身麻醉史；（4）有吸毒或酗酒史；（5）有麻醉禁忌症及药物过敏史；（6）有神经或精神疾病史或者有大脑结构异常的病史；（7）多发脑膜瘤或者侵犯多个脑叶的脑膜瘤；（8）孕产妇或哺乳期女性；（9）拒绝参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)contraindications for MRI;(2) intracranial lesions or systemic comorbidities; (3) recent history of general anesthesia;(4)history of drug and alcohol abuse;(5)history of anesthetic contraindications and allergyic reactions;(6)history of neurological or psychiatric disorders ,or history of structural abnormalities in brain;(7) multiple meningiomas or meningiomas invading multiple brain lobes;(8)pregnant and lactant women;(9)refusing to participate in the investigation.
