研究目的：

① 探究急性低压低氧暴露对机体的影响 ② 探索高原病发生的相关危险因素及预测指标 ③探索不同剂量的高压氧预处理对高原病发生的防治效果  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the impact of hypobaric hypoxia exposure on the body (2) To explore the relevant risk factors and predictive indicators for acute mountain sickness (3) To explore the prevention effects of different doses of hyperbaric oxygen preconditioning on the incidence of acute mountain sickness

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 正常健康人群；
② 年龄18~50岁之间；
③ 性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

①healthy volunteers
②Ages eligible for study: ≥18 years and ≤50 years;
③Sexes eligible for study: both

排除标准：

① 生命体征不平稳；
② 合并癫痫、痴呆、帕金森氏病等神经系统疾病；
③ 合并高血压、糖尿病、哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺病、甲状腺疾病、严重肝肾功能不全以及心肺等重要脏器功能不全；
④ 合并高压氧治疗绝对禁忌症及相对禁忌症：
⑤ 合并精神分裂症、双向情感障碍、惊恐发作、强迫症、抑郁症或幽闭恐惧症；
⑥ 合并妊娠；
⑦ 既往出现严重高原适应不良、高原性脑水肿、高原型肺水肿等高原病；
⑧患者或家属拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) vital signs are not stable;
(2) combined with neurological disorders such as epilepsy, dementia, Parkinson's disease
(3) combined with high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, thyroid disease, severe liver and kidney insanity, and heart and lungs related diseases;
(4) contraindications of hyperbaric oxygen therapy
(5) combined with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression or claustrophobia;
(6) combined with pregnancy;
(7）medical history of high altitude diseases
(8) participants who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
