研究目的：

通过临床实验，与西药组对比，观察四逆散调节昼夜节律对抑郁障碍的影响，为进一步临床研究提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through clinical experiments and comparison with the western medicine group, the effects of si ni San on the regulation of circadian rhythm on depressive disorder were observed, providing a basis for further clinical research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合诊断标准；
（2）体格检查及相关实验室检查排除躯体疾病引起的抑郁；
（3）夜间在床时间平均7小时；
（4）患者自愿参加临床试验，并签署知情同意书者；
（5）年龄 18-65 岁之间；
（6）初中以上文化者。

Inclusion criteria

（1）Meet diagnostic criteria;
（2）Physical examination and related laboratory examination exclude depression caused by physical diseases;
（3）Average time in bed at night is 7 hours;
（4）Patients voluntarily participate in clinical trials and sign the informed consent;
（5）Aged 18 to 65 years;
（6）Junior high school education or above.

排除标准：

（1）合并躯体疾病或脑器质性疾病者；
（2）近两周内曾使用或者正使用任何抗抑郁药物及抗精神病药物者；
（3）排除由酒精或咖啡、浓茶等生活因素所致的情绪障碍者；
（4）妊娠及哺乳期妇女，月经期妇女；
（5）一个月内参加其它临床试验者；
（6）有自杀倾向者。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）Concomitant physical disease or brain organic disease;
（2）Have used or are using any antidepressant or antipsychotic drugs in the past two weeks;
（3）Remove emotional disorders caused by life factors such as alcohol or coffee, strong tea;
（4）Women during pregnancy, lactation and menstruation;
（5）Participating in other clinical trials within one month;
（6）Suicidal.
