研究目的：

1.通过肠道菌群多样性的分析，探讨非器质性喂养困难儿童和正常儿童肠道菌群的组成、物种差异、多样性及丰富度的相似性及差异性。 2.通过短链脂肪酸组成分析，探讨喂养困难儿童和正常儿童短链脂肪酸的组分及含量的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the similarity and difference of intestinal flora composition, species difference, diversity and richness between children with non-organic feeding difficulties and normal children. 2.To investigate the difference of composition and content of short chain fatty acids between children with feeding difficulties and normal children. 3.Through the analysis of the composition of short-chain fatty acids, the differences in the composition and content of short-chain fatty acids between children with feeding difficulties and normal children were explored.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在1～3岁之间。
2.诊断为喂养困难的儿童。儿童喂养困难的诊断标准如下：根据婴幼儿喂养困难评分量表( MCH-FS) 进行喂养困难的诊断，量表标化分≤50为无喂养困难，标化分＞50为喂养困难。其中 51～60为轻度喂养困难，61～70为中度喂养困难，＞70为重度喂养困难。

Inclusion criteria

1.Children between 1 to 3 years old.
2.Children diagnosed with feeding difficulties according to the infant and young child feeding difficulty rating scale (MCH - FS).

排除标准：

1.患有其它慢性、严重器质性疾病的儿童（如严重心肺、遗传代谢病、神经系统发育障碍、免疫缺陷病等）。
2.2周内用使用过益生菌或抗生素、糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Children suffering from other chronic and serious organic diseases (such as severe cardiopulmonary, genetic metabolic diseases, neurological development disorders, immune deficiency diseases, etc.).
2.Children who have used probiotics or antibiotics, glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants within 2 weeks.
