探讨BNP以及其它临床指标基线及变化轨迹对血透患者（不同肾脏原发病的血透）心血管预后的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the predictive value of BNP and other clinical indicators baseline and change trajectory on cardiovascular prognosis in hemodialysis patients (hemodialysis with different renal primary diseases).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

近3年内各种病因所致的慢性肾功能衰竭接受血液透析治疗，进行每周三次透析频率，透析通路：AVF/AVG/长期管。

Inclusion criteria

In the past 3 years, chronic renal failure caused by various etiologies has received hemodialysis treatment, and the frequency of dialysis is three times a week. Dialysis access: AVF/AVG/long-term tube.

排除标准：

1.合并恶性肿瘤、滥用药物、慢性心房颤动以及其它慢性心律失常；
2.体重指数≥40Kg/m^2；
3.不能学习或进行家庭血压监测；
4.预期生存期＜6个月；
5.已知人类免疫缺陷病毒阳性以及其他传染病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with malignant tumor, drug abuse, chronic atrial fibrillation and other chronic arrhythmias;
2. Body mass index >=40Kg/m^2;
3. Cannot study or conduct home blood pressure monitoring;
4. Expected survival period < 6 months;
5. Patients with known human immunodeficiency virus positive and other infectious diseases.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。
