研究目的：

1.论证TSPS技术是否引起支架近段贴壁不良； 2.论证TSPS技术对边支血流的保护效果； 3.论证TSPS技术对患者长期预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Research of the proximal stent apposition after TSPS; 2. Reseach of the SB flow protective effect after TSPS; 3. Long-term outcome of TSPS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-65岁；
2.冠脉造影发现为主支需要支架的分叉病变（Medina 1，1，0型、0，1，0型、1，0，0型、1，1，1型、1，0，1型、0，1，1型）；
3.嵴长度/边支口直径≥3/4。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged from 18 to 65 years;
2. Medina classification:(1,1,0)(0,1,0)(1,0,0)(1,1,1)(1,0,1)(0,1,1);
3. Carina length/ostial diameter>=3/4.

排除标准：

1.血流动力学不稳定患者，ST段抬高型心梗患者，基础收缩压≤90 mmHg，基础心率≥100 次/分，术前空腹血糖≥12.0 mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖≥18 mmol/L，术前eGFR≤60 ml/min/1.73m2，冠脉钙化病变，重度肿瘤患者，精神病患者

Exclusion criteria：

hemodynamic instability;STEMI;Basal systolic blood pressure≤90 mmHg;basal heart rate≥100/min;Preoperative fasting blood glucose≥12.0 mmol/L;Blood glucose 2 h after meal≥18 mmol/L;Preoperative eGFR≤60 ml/min/1.73m2;coronary calcification lesions; severe cancer;psychopath
